Research On The Measures Of Increasing Actual Efficiency Of Mentality And Politics Education To Undergraduates

Ideological and political work in college is always an important issue of higher education management. It is determined by the socialist quality of higher education and schooling principals. It is also one of foundamental marks of socialist education distinguishing from capitalism. Ideological and political work is the life-blood of all work. During the period of social transition, ideological and political work of collegers still contain lots of weak links, in face of new situation, new tasks and new challenges. Working methods and means remain to be improved on further steps. Cultivating cooperations and effectiveness remain to be enhanced.This essay focuses on how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work, starts with views of ideological and political workers, integrating the situation and refering to reality, and reveals the dicussion within three aspects:firstly, the content and significance of effectiveness of ideological and political work in college; secondly, the main problems and causes concerned with effectiveness of ideological and politcal work in college; thirdly, main measures and means of enhancing effectiveness of ideological and political work.The first part mainly emphasizes upon explaining the ideological work in college. The final part delivers the key point which primarily aimed at the problems and causes in the second part under the background of current college environment, enters on educator personally, refering to reality, start with principals, methods, attitude, means and tools in use, adopting multi-vector, multi-channel, multi-mode, and try to come up with targeted measures or strategic means to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political work in education.
