Research On Campus Culture Construction In Wuhan Finance School

The campus culture of the advanced vocational schools, which plays an active and unsubstituted role in promoting the students' healthy development,influences the environment of the teachers and students in it.Because the advanced vocational schools have appeared in the recent few years and have developed very rapidly, they emphasize the vocational skill training but ignore the construction of the campus culture, the students can't develop harmoniously and the school can't form its bright characteristics. The campus culture of the advanced vocational schools can't simply simulate the pattern of the other colleges and universities. We have to innovate continuously to find out the way of constructuring the campus culture having the advanced vocational characteristics.This thesis regards the Advanced Vocational School Wuhan Finance School Attached to Jianghan University as a case. It analyses and thinks about the practice of constructuring the campus culture of this school, discusses the actuality of the construction of the campus culture of this school from the content, the significance, the characteristics and the existing problems in the construction of the campus culture. It provides full practical and theoretical basises for seeking the effective means of the construction of the campus culture of the advanced vocational schools and designing the project of the construction of the campus culture having the advanced vocational characteristics.This thesis expounds the content and the meaning of the campus culture of the advanced vocational schools , analyses the present existing problems in the construction of the campus culture of Wuhan Finance School and points out the existing problems. They are as follows: being inborn deficiency; lacking cultural details;being busy with the teaching ignoring the construction of the campus culture;emphasizing the forms and lacking the connotation. The reasons resulting in these problems are: having a short history;having too much pressure; lacking the cognition of the cultural value. According to the problems and the reasons causing these problems, this thesis puts forward the general thought and the abstract design of in the construction of the campus culture of Wuhan Finance School. It also puts forward the following three measures: forming the common perspective of the campus culture; structuring the team work of the campus culture and establishing the development of its characteristics.
