At present,China's economy has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development and structural contradictions in employment have increased.The employment of secondary vocational graduates is facing certain pressure.At the same time,with the implementation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy,innovation and entrepreneurship to promote employment has become an important way to solve the employment problem.Relevant national policies emphasize the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation strategy,and schools need to strengthen entrepreneurship education,create campus culture conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship,and cultivate students' entrepreneurship.In this context,it is of great significance to study the cultivation of entrepreneurship of vocational students from the perspective of entrepreneurship education and campus culture.This paper focuses on students majoring in finance and business in vocational schools,based on the hierarchy of needs theory,implicit learning theory and achievement motivation theory,this paper constructs the theoretical model of this study.On the basis of reference to relevant research,this paper compiled a questionnaire on entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship and campus culture in secondary vocational schools.And we have divided entrepreneurship education into four dimensions: basic education,practical education,simulation education and observation education;divided entrepreneurship into three dimensions: innovation spirit,adventure spirit and initiative spirit;divided campus culture into four dimensions: spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture.We conduct interviews and questionnaires with students majoring in finance and business in 5 secondary vocational schools in L city.Through descriptive statistical analysis of 322 questionnaire data collected,it is found that: First,the basic education,practical education and simulation education of finance and business majors in secondary vocational schools are better,while the observation education needs further improvement.Second,students have a strong sense of campus spiritual culture,campus material culture and campus behavior culture,but a weak sense of campus institutional culture.Third,students perform well in the dimension of innovation and initiative,but lack the spirit of adventure.Further using structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis found that: First,entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurship of vocational students majoring in finance and business.Practical education,observation education and simulation education have a significant positive impact on the innovation spirit and initiative spirit of students,while practical education and observation education have asignificant positive impact on the adventure spirit of students.Second,entrepreneurship education has significant positive influence on campus culture.Practical education,simulation education has significant positive influence on campus spiritual culture,practical education has significant positive influence on the campus material culture,basic education,practical education and simulation education have significant positive effects on campus system culture and behavior culture.Third,campus culture plays a part of intermediary role in the process of entrepreneurship education affecting entrepreneurship of students majoring in finance and business.Spiritual culture plays an intermediary role in the process of practical education and simulation education affecting students' innovative spirit and initiative spirit.System culture plays an intermediary role in the process of affecting students' innovative spirit in basic education,practical education and simulation education.Behavioral culture plays an intermediary role in the process of basic education,practice education and simulation education affecting students' spirit of adventure and initiative.In order to further cultivate the entrepreneurship of vocational students majoring in finance and business,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the government and society,school and students: The government and society should not only improve the entrepreneurship policy and service system,improve the enthusiasm of graduates,but also set up a model and promote entrepreneurship.The school should not only integrate entrepreneurship education into professional education and cultivate students' innovative consciousness,but also innovate the forms of campus culture and create an entrepreneurial atmosphere.Students themselves should not only take an active part in entrepreneurship education and practice,but also actively learn from entrepreneurial examples and understand entrepreneurial spirit.
