As our reform opening-up policy develops and the intension of international competence grows, being the role of the main participants of further international competence in 21st century, the middle school students' mentality quality and endurance of frustration had been causing the social concerns. Meanwhile, the voice over frustration education in middle school had been growing stronger. However, though having advantage in frustration education, Chinese doesn't take its role in this field.The present situation of Chinese teaching has been analyzed in this paper. The significance of frustration education in Chinese teaching has been emphasized from three aspects of demand: the demand of society development, the demand of quality education and the demand of mental health. Aimed at the mental characteristic of the junior school students, the meaning and the object of frustration education have been explored. And taking advantage of Chinese teaching, junior school students should receive frustration education to build their good mental endurance. In the process of frustration education, based on the principles of cognition and endurance of frustration and mental adjustments after frustration, this paper puts forward the advices of frustration education practice from five aspects and its practical influence.
