Postgraduate education is the highest level in Higher Education, and is an important source of China's social modernization high-level talents. Moral education of the postgraduates is an important component of a postgraduate education, and plays a very important role incomprehensive postgraduate training.But for a long time, the moral education mainly studies 4-year university students or 3-year college students, and has paid insufficient attention to the moral education of post-graduate students. As China's reform and development of higher education advances further, an on account of the dramatic increase in the number of graduate students, there has been some new situations' and new problems, and the moral education of post-graduate students become more and more important.Strengthen and improve post-graduates education is a systematic project, which calls for schools to employ all the positive factors of to promote it. Among them, we should explore the unique role of supervisors in the moral education of post-graduates. In terms of the special relationship between supervisors and post-graduates and the influence of the instructors on the post-graduates, supervisors also play the same important role in carrying out the ideological and political education and professional guidance to post-graduates, and there is irreplaceable features and unmatched results that can not achieved by other ways.However, there are still many problems as to the role of supervisors in the moraleducation. First of all, some (or a considerable number) supervisors stress studying major knowledge and ignore the moral education in the training of post-graduates. Second, some supervisors still lack sufficient knowledge of content and form of moral education work in the new period, and the moral education work is not so scientific, Pointed and effective, which requires improving. Third, the percentage of supervisors and post-graduates are far too big that some supervisors suffer high pressure from work, and ignore the moral education. Last, there is alienation of the relationship between the supervisor and post-graduates.In view of this, based on a large amount of literature review and investigation, the paper first analyzes the necessity and urgency of the role of supervisors in the post-graduates' moral education, and then, from the theoretical level I illustrates that supervisors should play an important role in the moral education of post-graduates, and then, from reality it describes the status quo of the role of supervisors in the moral education, based on which, it raises some practical and feasible solutions as to strengthening and improving the role of supervisors in the moral education of post-graduates.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is "Introduction", mainly introduces the research value and significance, as well as relevant academic background.The second part is dealt with the "the necessity and urgency of exploiting the role of supervisors in the moral education of post-graduate ", that is, to achieve the fundamental requirements of cultivating overall developed , high-quality talents; get rid of the plight of contemporary post-graduates; the actual meaning of supervisors' teaching and educating; and the advantageous conditions of exploiting supervisors' role in post-graduates' moral education.The third part analyses "supervisors should play an important role in moral education" from the theoretical level, specifically including a leading role model, and guiding role, and management role.Part IV is "the explanation of the status quo of the role of supervisors playing in moral education", and it does a realistic analysis of the results achieved and the existing problems in current role of supervisors playing in the moral education, analyzes the causes and seizes the current situation of supervisors role playing in the moral education.Part V is "thought of the solutions to fully exploiting of supervisors' role in the postgraduate moral education, and it puts forward practical solutions mainly from raising awareness, and building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students as well as establishing the main moral responsibility mechanism which is supervisor-centered.
