Supervisor-postgraduate relationship is an important foundation for the maintenance and development of the tutor system,and it is also the most direct factor affecting the individual development of Postgraduate.It is a rational communication relationship established in teaching,scientific research and daily life.It contains the practice of supervisor to the spirit of morality education and is an important guarantee for the realization of the goal of graduate education.In the context of the new era,supervisor-postgraduate relationship pursues the rule of law,rationality,freedom and equality,and advocates the protection of rights and mutual fulfillment of obligations.This study conducts a theoretical analysis of the new era of learning-guidance relationship,combined with the existing problems of the real-world learning-guidance relationship,and attempts to construct a contract-type learning-guidance relationship that conforms to the background of the new era through the form of state-led,social assistance,school management,and active learning-guidance.This essay takes the exploration of the new-era tutoring relationship as its theme,and attempts to construct a contract-based tutoring relationship through combing and analyzing the literature.Taking the new era as the logical starting point for the construction of the tutoring relationship,combined with the social contract theory,it puts forward the meaning and endogenous requirements of the contractual tutoring relationship in the new era.Through the empirical research on the study-guidance relationship,it analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the actual study-guidance relationship in our country.Finally,according to the comparison portrait of the actual tutoring relationship and the contract-type tutoring relationship,the realization path of the contract-type tutoring relationship in the new era is proposed.This article consists of five parts,the main content is as follows:The first chapter,the introduction part.First,it systematically expounds the origin and significance of the selected topic,and sorts out and reviews the research status of domestic and foreign tutoring relations,contract theory,and contract-based tutoring relations.Then define the core concepts and clarify the research ideas and methods.Finally,it discusses the innovative points and shortcomings of the article.The second chapter,Theoretical analysis of contract-based tutoring relations in the new era.First introduce the meaning and framework of social contract theory.Then elaborate on the environmental changes of graduate education in the new era as a logical starting point for the construction of the guidance relationship.Finally,in light of the background of the times,it discusses the meaning of the new era of the guidance relationship in the contract theory,proposes that the target end of the new era of the guidance relationship is the contract-type guidance relationship,and uses the social contract theory to put forward the meaning and meaning of the new era contract-type guidance relationship.Endogenous requirements.The third chapter,Analyze the problems existing in the tutoring relationship.On the basis of background investigation of the tutoring relationship in our country,through interviews and case analysis,combined with the meaning and endogenous requirements of the contract-type tutoring relationship,it focuses on exploring the problems existing in the process of tutoring communication.The study found that the real-life tutoring relationship mainly has problems such as the transcendence of citizen relations,the limitation of identity characteristics,the non-identity of academic pace,the indifference of spiritual communication,and the ambiguity of responsibility and power management.The fourth chapter,Analyze the causes of the problem of the tutoring relationship.The research found that there are mainly reasons such as the imperfect evaluation system of graduate education,imperfect management system,some backward ideological concepts created by traditional culture,market economy impact,and changes in the personal characteristics of students and tutors.The fifth chapter,Construction Path.Describing a comparative portrait of realistic tutoring relationship and contract-type tutoring relationship.In view of the differences,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through the form of state-led,social assistance,school management,and active tutoring,and builds a contract-type tutoring relationship for graduate education in the new era.
