Since modern times, more than 100,000 students abroad have close contacts with the process of evolution of Chinese society, concern to the historical destiny of china and have important role in the Chinese politics, economics, culture and so on. History has proved that all issues which related to economics and social development must involve groups of students abroad. As the key part of our country's human resources, national treasure and the important bridge of Chinese and foreign science and education, trade, cultural exchange, groups of students abroad have increasingly social and government's attention.People as the city's main body, concerned to city's modernization, the development of city, to a large extent, is people's production and life, especially the upper class people's words and deeds directly influenced city's development. Therefore, our study on the special group- groups of students abroad is very meaningful.The introduction part: introducing and analyzing paper's background. Through looking back academic history we can find: Firstly research on history of study abroad usually stress the part of politics, culture and education, so ignore the part of economics and economical thinking. Secondly modern history of study abroad stresses the individual not the overall research. Thirdly research on history of study abroad and city ignore groups of students abroad, so we aren't fully aware of the important influence of modern groups of students abroad.The first part: discussing the reason of"the hot study abroad". Penman discusses its base from city's development of business and trade, industry, traffic and media.The second part: An overall analyse on the key character groups of students abroad. Penman introduce the students abroad in Japan, America and Europe and analyze mainly the leading impress on the group of students abroad who major in economics, the groups of students abroad have important part in Chinese city's modernization.The third part: emphasizing returned students'contribution to modern city's economical evolution. Such as returned students'contribution to the development of modern city's Chinese-fund enterprises, the new economic industry, economic associations and research institutions. The conclusion: summing up the apocalypse of returned students and Modern City Changes.
