The system culture which is springing up is not only a point direction in the system research, but also an important field of cultural research.In the western countries, the research concerning system is put forward first as politics to learn realm in the succession of learning realm into the sociology, economics, culture.Nowadays, "system" has become a popular word of institutionalism.About after 1980s, our country has started to lead the campus system culture into the culture research realm.The culture system provides new methods and ways of thinking from various views for a research.Therefore,it is more and more welcomed by the school governors.As a new kind of school management, the campus culture system is full of strong vitality.This kind of management, infused more humanity factors and managed originally from the educational value of the person, promotes the person's overall development for ultimate end targets,and transferes the large teachers and students' activity and posibility.However,currently,the research concerning campus culture system is very needed, and its depth and innovation are also not enough.Meanwhile, the theory systems hasing common instruction of the research hasn't come into being. My research will diminish the pity and deficiencies of prior studys to some extent .Therefore, this topic has certain theoretical and practical magnificence. It can also enrich all the national minority campus cultural theories, stimulate national minority high school to open the educational teaching research, open up the road of campus system cultural development in the senior high school of national minority special features, promote Du An County's education into all-round development, and provide experience that can support to the minority high schools of the same background. The present situation of study is running into the first difficulty:What is"the culture system"?What is the campus"culture system"?How to construct campus culture system in the fulfillment? Usually, former researches from the highly views take these into consideration at will and with very big abstract. This certainly do not combine campus culture system in the high school with the reality,let alone becoming some generally accepted and explicit theories frames.Therefore,something has to be expanded on the foundation of former study.According to the above-mentioned viewpoints, I browse cultural heritage and surf the Internet to search, trying to find out the answers making me satisfy with, but ending up with regret. The present study concerning campus system of the culture is hardly to find out. Although there are some study involving campus culture system,they are not thorough enough , let alone campus culture system in the senior high school of the minority culture .Checking up my work and combing existing cultural heritage,I try to have a foothold to open a research by passing a questionnaire, interviewing and investigating,and collecting materials. I come to dialectical ground to analyze these realistics of problem from the angle of philosophy, put forward constructing high school campus culture system in Du An County and the road of campus culture system development in the senior high school of minority charateristic.This text is divided into six parts:One is introduction, including domestic and international levels of the research ,as well as the research methods and its magnificiences. The second is the definiton of campus cultural system, including system, systematic culture, the definition of campus system culture, as well as explanation of the characteristics of the campus culture and system elements. The third is the important meaning of constructing campus culture system in the high school of the minority. Include: Firstly, it is the deeds of the minority people in the senior high school in Du An County .Secodly,it is the urgent needs to integrate the multi-cultural in the high school in Du An County.Thirdly,it can fit for requirements of enriching minority campus culture.The fourth ,it can elaborate the present condition of Du An County's minority high school campus culture system,including to induce achievements and a few existing typical problems.The fifth is an analysis the courses of these problems, including to induce the causes of the existing problems in the high school in Du An County. Firstly,the poverty of Du An County seriously limits the heathy development of this culture; the obstacle coming from school itself directly affects the construction of the system of the minority campus.Secondly, for insuring scientific nature of this research, I carried out this research with application of interviewing,consulting materials and use of comparison and contrast.The sixth is the approaches that put forward constucting minority high school campus culture system in Du An County in Guangxi. Firstly,it is to strengthen theoretical study and take the ethnic characteristics, personality development. Secondly, changing concepts, and create a good system of minority high school atmosphere of awareness. Thirdly, stick to the reality,establish the characteristics of high school system culture. Fourthly,develop local characteristics matching mechanism and enhance the implementation of the system.Fifthly,strengthen the cultural creativity awareness, and take the road of local development .A questionnaire about this study is carried out at random among five high school in Du An County. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the scientific nature of this study, I also make comprehensive use of interviews, literature material, comparative analysis, and other methods to conduct the research. This study will highlight the following innovations: Firstly, This study is the first one that looks into the system of minority high school campus culture existing problems in Du An County from a philosophical perspective.Secondly, in practice, it can, to some extent ,compensate for the deficiences of the campus cultural theory which is out of the date in high school. Thirdly, the research methods such as philosophy thinking and other various empirical methods,to some extent,can compensate for the rational thinking deficiencies of previous studies,which dwell on individual.
