After the implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,the high school ideological and political teaching materials also follow the pace of reform.The unified edition of high school ideological and political teaching materials compiled according to the ’ Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)(Revised in 2022)’(hereinafter referred to as the ’ New Curriculum Standards ’)was officially put into use in Shandong and other provinces in 2019.Compared with the original textbooks,the compulsory three " Philosophy and Culture " integrates the " life and philosophy " and " cultural life " in the old textbooks.The biggest highlight is the new " Reading and Thinking " column in the textbook,which can also be called " Reading and Thinking " column.’Reading and Thinking ’ is a unique column of ’Philosophy and Culture ’ throughout the textbook.As an important part of the text,it provides students with case materials and problem situations,and creates rich teaching activity situations.It is a necessary part of students ’ learning principles and an important part of teachers ’ understanding and use of textbooks.The " Reading and Thinking " column has various forms.It is of great significance to make full use of the " Reading and Thinking " column in classroom teaching to cultivate students ’ core literacy,change teachers ’ teaching methods,enhance students ’ independent learning ability and promote activity-based subject courses.However,in the actual teaching process,how is the application of the ’ Reading and Thinking ’ column,whether its teaching value has been fully realized,and how to better apply it to classroom teaching and other issues need to be further explored.Through the study of relevant literature,combined with the new curriculum standard system,the ’ Philosophy and Culture ’ textbook is sorted out,and the connotation and positioning of the ’ Reading and Thinking ’ column are defined.Based on the statistical distribution of the number of columns,the basic characteristics and functions of the column are comprehensively analyzed.According to the content and activity requirements of the column,the ’ Reading and Thinking ’ column is divided into six types : interpretation of classic works,comparative review of viewpoints,story enlightenment,illustration,scene discussion,and data access.At the same time,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods are used to investigate the teaching status of ’ reading and thinking ’ column in the high school ’ philosophy and culture ’ textbook.According to the questionnaire data and interview records,it is found that there are some urgent problems in the teaching of ’ reading and thinking ’ column.For example,teachers do not pay enough attention to the ’ reading and thinking ’ column;students lack the initiative to use the ’ reading and thinking ’ column and lack deep research on the content of the column;in the teaching process,the teaching method and evaluation method of ’ reading and thinking ’ column are single.The main reason for these problems lies in the lag of teachers ’ concept of teaching materials and the lack of ability to use columns;students ’subject knowledge reserve is not enough,and lack of column learning method guidance;the teaching training system and evaluation system of " Reading and Thinking " column are not perfect;there are a large number of ’ reading and thinking ’ columns,and the lack of rationality in exploring problems.In order to fully tap the function of teaching materials to lead teaching activities and improve the teaching effectiveness of the " Reading and Thinking " column in the "Philosophy and Culture " textbook,it is proposed that the teaching of the " Reading and Thinking " column should follow the principles of innovation,moderation and inspiration.Highlight the students ’ learning ’ reading and thinking ’ column subjectivity;flexible processing and use of ’ reading and thinking ’ column;innovative ’ reading and thinking ’column teaching methods;improve the ’ reading and thinking ’ column teaching evaluation system.Finally,according to the types and characteristics of the ’ Reading and Thinking ’column,the teaching case is designed to provide a useful reference for the actual column teaching practice.
