Interactive Research On College Students In New Rural Construction And Sports Activities Conducted In Rural Festivals

Festival is a kind of festivity held for a specific theme. Such festivity has a specific purpose and it is held at the appointed time through the design and plan in advance. Village festivals and sports activities mainly refer to various sports activities during the traditional festive period.Village festivals and sports activities play an important role in the prosperity of rural sports culture and advocacy of new healthy civilized fad. Especially in the No. 1 Document of Party Central Committee"Opinions on Promoting the Building of New Socialist Rural Area", which furtherr emphasis on"implementing new socialist countryside construction should not only do everything possible to raise the level of economic development in rural area, but also comprehensively build up socialist spiritual civilization in rural area. Practically making things better for ordinary people, through the establishment of the cultural industry, organize diversity edutainment cultural and sports activities loved by the villagers. The amateur cultural life should be activated for the villagers and their quality of life should be improved, so as to meet the multi-level and wide range of spiritual and cultural needs of farmers. Thus, the majority of farmers can really enjoy the fruits of the reform and economic development.In this paper, qualitative research has been adopted. The research is mainly use the literature study, questionnaire survey and field survey. The research data are derived from 12 counties in Guilin and Huixian in Henan by actual inspection, as well as the survey to majority of rural students in Guangxi Normal University and some college students returned to their hometown, Huixian.This paper includes mainly four parts:The first part is the study of relationship between college students and rural village sports festivals, it mainly states that rural festivals and sports activities are important platform for college students in the rural community and college students can provide new force in the implementation of rural festivals and sports activities. The study figured out that rural college students should be fully aware of the significance and role they can play in participating of rural festivals and social practice. They should also actively exert their wisdom and talent to inject vitality into the development of sports activities, and to contribute themselves in the construction of new village culture. The second part is the study of impact factors and the status of rural sports festivals. Through the study of Guilin in Guangxi Province and Huixian in Henan Province, we get to know that the village festivals and sports activities have great significance in activating rural amateur cultural life, promoting scientific way of life, setting up a good community spirit, and meeting the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the villagers. Through the statistical data of Huixian City and Guilin City, the impact factors to the development of rural festivals and sports activities have been analyzed. This paper believes that the main factors impacted rural festivals and sports activities are the"pinch"of talents, insufficient funding, and limited facilities. And the"pinch"of talents is the top priority.The third part is the study of impact factors and festival social practice state of rural college students. 200 college students of Guangxi Normal University and 45 students of Huixian City, who returned to their hometown community, have been investigated for their festival social practice state. This paper believes that rural college students have a strong desire for the participation in new rural construction, but the state of lacking social practice and social guiding force has become the important factors impacting the festival social practice of rural college students.The fourth part is the study of the interactive way between rural college students and rural sports festivals. This paper believes that the construction of interaction development mode with a quaternity of country, universitys, students, society is an effective way in strengthening rural college students and village festivals sports activities. policy should be guided by the state and increase the intensity of support with funds. Specific measures should be developed by each school according to the condition of the school to constitute supporting facilities and exert the communicating function. Students should strengthen professional capacity in study, improve the ability of social communication, and enhance the effect of participating in festival sports activities from their own point of view. The community should make great effort in creating a festive atmosphere to encourage college students to participate in festival sports activities, promote interactive development of rural college students and rural sports festival activities, and contribute to building new rural culture. The construction of new mechanism for interactive development of rural college students and rural sports festivals not only can meet the needs of rural college students to participate in the practice of rural community, participate in the new rural construction, and cultivate their sense of social responsibility and historic mission, but can also provide a powerful intellectual support to the rural sports festivals, promote the sustained and healthy development of festival sports activities on the vigorous track, and offer an inexhaustible driving force for greatly promoting the construction of new rural spirit culture and build a well-off society in all extent.
