The current social pattern transformation in China, which has dramatically made people's values transform. Many kinds of values'interweavement contribute to the value diversification. Value diversification, resulting from transformation in economy and society and economic globalization, comes into being with the ultimate reason of diversification both in subjects and their vast demands. Different value subject owing to their dissimilar demands will make diverse value understand to the same value phenomenon, which make for multiplex choices and pursuits of value. As a specifically social phenomenon, value diversification, referring to the concurrence of a lot of value in the same period, has positive values as well as negative ones, and its negative values demand us take effective value education on individuals and especially the teen-agers, so that they can obtain correct values and the abilities of selecting values in value diversification surroundings.By taking a close look at value diversification and value education from the perspectives of val-philosophy, hermeneutic, sociology and psychology, this article takes further analyses on the springhead and characteristic of value diversification, which settles up theory foundation of research on the construction of school value education model. Therefore, this article uses the following methods: 1.Combination of multiple subjects. This article analyses value, value diversification and its springhead from the perspective of val-philosophy, and discusses the social role of teacher in value education from the perspective of sociology. 2. Distinguish method. This method refers to the use of concept, proposition, opinion, consequence and so on. This article educes the considering conclusion by reading abundant interrelated materials and logistic illation. 3. Hermeneutic method. Hermeneutic is a theory on research of meaning, understanding and explaining. In the view of hermeneutic, value is the value subjects' understanding of value texts. So value diversification roots from the diversification of value subjects' understanding of value texts. This article analyses one of the reasons from the prospective of hermeneutic, and says that one of the aims of conducting-activity value education model is to set up the ability of students' value understanding.This consists of introduction, text and conclusion.As the beginning of the article, the introduction discusses the significance of the research on the construction of school value education model under value-diversification, analyzes the condition of the research, and suggests the perspectives and approaches of the research.The text includes three parts. The first part, analyzes value and value diversification from the prospective of val-philosophy, hermeneutic and psychology, suggests the concept of value-diversification, and deeply analyzes the reason and characteristics of value diversification. The second part, reflects the current school value education model, and analyzes its incommensuratenesses in getting along with the requirements of value diversification in the aspects of value orientation, aim, content, methods and relationship between teachers and the students. These analysis set up the base of the construction of the new value education model. The third part brings forward a new school value education model, which is namely conducting-activity, and works over the model's orientation, aim, content, actualizing tactic and the relationship between teachers and students. Conducting-activity value education model, with the tropism of adhering to value conduction and opposing laissez-faireism, emphasizes the education idea of inter-subjectivity, which claims the corresponding of unified and diversified orientation, the development between individuals and the society, teachers'conduction and students'self-construction. This model protests instituting the aim of education according to psychogenic mechanism of students'values, conducting correct demands, training and promoting their ability of value understanding and selecting, and the content of which includes excellent traditional values, modern values according with the development of nowadays society and socialistic core values, forming the correct values through the corresponding teachers'conduction and students'activities, evaluating and checking the effect of value education. Teachers are the conductor of the model. And the students are the subjects of the model.The conclusion coordinates and summarizes the main idea of the article, and puts forward the aspects of research for the future.
