The importance of teacher's guidance has been perceived by the general theory researchers and practitioners in the implementation process of the general practice,But the problem of teacher's guidance have not been effectively resolved over the years,the reason was that analysis of the problem is not deep enough and accurate, the practice patterns has not been a abundant presentation and accurate attribution during the broad teachers guiding the course of comprehensive practical activities. Therefore, this research uses qualitative research methods to present a case which is primary school teachers guide comprehensive practice. This artical traced the guiding the process in topics stage of the teacher in the comprehensive practice, and recorded the problems in the teacher's guidance process through the classroom Memoir, interviews, data collection, etc. This article extract several major problems which effect the comprehensive practice for teacher's guidance by sorting, summary and conclusion of the problems,and make corresponding suggestions. The results of research point to two aspects of theory and practice, which provide the reference cases for the majority of the implementation of integrated practice course, and enhance the Implementation effect of comprehensive practice course.
