Education is the groundwork of a country's advancement, however, the quality of education is decided by the quality of instructors. The instructors' effect speakes for itself especially to high school students during the fast develoment period of their body and mind, whoes Weltanschauung, philosophy and value are very easily influenced by environment. The 21st century is the new development times to China facing her community transfer period. However, our education is up against new request by knowledgement economy, informationization, global multi-culture, lifelong education, construction of learning society, and new course reformation of basic education, so there are higher requirements to high school instructors about their virtue, knowlodge, and ability. In order to keep progressing and not to be washed out by times, high school instructors must take part in further education in time. Nevertheless, at present, there is a variety of deficiencies about high school instrctors' further education course setting in China, such as value warp in cuorse setting, straitness of knowlodge structure, obsolete education content and maladjusted proportion of course construction, all of which severely restrict the improvement of high scool instructors' further education. To improve our high school instructors' further education, we must launch on cuorse setting with all-around optimization. From the followings: to set course according to the principle of oneness and agility, whole and keystone, progress and substantial, theoretics and practice. To establish our course setting value based on the instructors' inside need. To develop a course mode based on questions combining the advantage of subject course mod and activity course mode. To adopt the course construction of three levels and three dimensionalities. To renovate and increase course content. In conclusion, we should do optimize research on course setting of high school instructors's further education to pertinently solve problems and improve qulities, accordingly, to boost the whole diathesis and instructing ability of high school instructors.
