| Communication works as the impulsion of human development, the bridge of human association, the regulator of interpersonal relations as well as the ladder of human development. As the impulsion of human development, communication, in a sense, impels the human evolution from real apes to the primitive, breaking away from the group of lower animal. Instructors, who educate and serve the students, are both students' mentors, guiders and friends. If an instructor wants to realize the role functions mentioned above, the instructor should deeply carry out communicative education among the students. Once the communicative education disappears, the instructor will lose touch with the students, and can't educate, manage and serve the students. So the instructors must depend on effective communication education so as to cultivate all-round developed students and finish the assigned works of students, achieving career success. By the lights of philosophy, ideological and political education, pedagogy, management, sociology, psychology as well as other discipline theories and knowledge, the article, guided by the Marxism, carefully studies the development laws of students work in the new period, tapping into the ideology, the physiological and psychological characteristics and change trend of contemporary college students. On the basis of those, using the methods such as the combination of theory and practice, integration of history and logic, abstract to concrete, an in-depth analysis of the basic concept, theoretical basis, historical evolution, significance, discipline foundation and its elements for communicative education of college instructors will be made in the article. Besides, this article also clarifies the ways of improving the abilities communicative education and constructing the practice models of communicative education for college instructors, promoting scientific development of the work of communicative education for college instructors. |
