Every family is the basic unit of society and children are the future of every society.Attaching importance to family education and parenting ability is the essence of education which construct the unity among ‘family,school and community'.It is the basis to deepen the reform of education,cultivate and practice the socialist core values,and educate a new generation of socialist builders with culture knowledge,morality,and achievements.It is also directly related to the benefit of millions of families and the nation's future and destiny.In recent years,with the rise of several theories,such as education ecology,panoramic education idea,theory of common responsibility and so on,the promotion of national family education policies and the increasing problems in family education practice such as "child abuse","family violence",etc.Family education acts a key role in the combination between school education and social education.The specialty and scientific nature of family education have aroused wide attention of the society.Thus,a family education instructor can promote the scientific nature and profession of family education,implement family education guidance,and improve parenting ability of the parents to clear their own responsibility,to establish a correct concept of family education and to acquire correct family education methods.However,at present,there is a serious lack of professional talent for family education guidance.Family education guidance service personnel is relatively low in their specialization level,family education instructor training lags behind,the number of normal college graduates whose work engaged in the related field of family education is very few,and the proportion of the in-service family education guidance service staff who receive the continuing education is also very low.These factors seriously restrict the practice of scientific family education.Therefore,training family education instructors,improving the professionalization level of family education guidance service personnel,and improving family education ‘software system' are crucial.This is the key to promote family education and deepen educational reform in China.In 2016,the nine ministries and commissions of the National Women's Federation dispatched a joint document named the Five-year Plan for Promoting Family Education(2016-2020),which pointed out that ‘The professionalization level of the guidance service team should be improved.The professional standards and training plan of the family education instructors should be further developed based on the development of full-time workers,experts,volunteers,and five olds(old party members,old experts,old teachers,old soldiers and old model workers).The country should rely on qualified universities,research institutions and the Internet platform to establish the training base for family education instructor,develop the practical training courses and programs suitable for the local area,train the family education personnel systematically so as to improve the professional level of family education staff.' This has pointed out the direction of the tutor training in China's family education and depicted the blueprint for the future development.However,the opinions are still general and lack operability.This is an important research gap for the topic of this paper.The empirical study is carried out by using questionnaire and interview.Five areas(North China,Southern China,central China,West China and East China)were selected.In each area,6 provinces were chosen.In every province,different municipalities are chosen according to the difference of economic development levels.These cities are studied from these aspects: parents,family education instructors and supervisors.The data analysis shows that the lack of knowledge on family education professional ethics value of family education instructors leads to the requirement for the improvement of their professional competence.The data also shows that the research on family education has not yet formed.Besides,the lack of professional management reflects that the professional organization has not completed yet,which the professional qualification should be promoted and evaluation.And the supervision mechanism has not yet formed,so the lack of funds will cause other practical problems.Based on the analysis of the general situation,problems and needs of family education guidance service personnel in our country,it is considered that it is urgent to develop family education instructor training.Compared to the foreign countries and Taiwan district in China,the research and practice of cultivating talents in China started late,which requires that our country,in the process to carry out family education instructor training,should actively learn from outside the box.According to relevant research and practice of the United States,Japan,Singapore and Taiwan district in China,the important enlightenment in training the family education instructors for our country is as follows.First,on the legal basis,and for the first,we should gradually establish a multi-level family education legal system.Second,considering the funds,we should improve the mechanism to ensure funding for family education.Third,considering the organization,we should establish a professional organization of family education,and seek cooperation from the universities and resources research institutions.Fourth,in the authentication access,set a certification system for the qualification of the family education professional instructors.Fifth,in the training scale,the specialization and scale of family education instructors should be further improved.Sixth,in the employment channels,we should broaden the employment channel for the graduates of family education and establish a system of continuing education.Theoretical exploration is a growing point for the research to provide support to theoretical and practice.According to the theory of professional development,professional development refers to a common occupation group under the guidance of a professional(or professional)standard,constantly improve their own quality.The theory of educational practice advocates that we should not only attach importance to theoretical grasp,but also to practice.We should improve the quality of talent training through practice and sublimation theory.The development of human beings is not only restricted by its own physical and mental laws,but also inseparable from the influence of its living system environment.The development of family education is not only a problem in the field of education,but also needs support and cooperation in all fields of social and economic.Lifelong education theory holds that human development has great universality in the span of time and space.It not only exists in schools,but also exists in family and society.It not only occurs in the time when individuals are in school,but also extends to people's whole life.These theories provide an important theoretical support for the demonstration of the necessity and feasibility of family education instructors.Based on the theoretical basis,practice analysis and the excellent experience from home and abroad,this research determines the orientation of family education instructor training from six aspects: basic idea,training objectives,basic principles,literacy structure,training level and basic types.Family education instructor training should be based on people-centered education,moral education,practice oriented and lifelong learning as the basic idea so as to give full play to students' initiative and creativity,to train students' moral ability,to foster their family education practice ability,to study both theoretically and practically,to guide students to establish the consciousness of lifelong learning,and to strengthen personnel training continuously and dynamically.In the family education instructor training process,we should focus on both the social needs and students' requirement,taking into account both the students individual differences and the needs of society,making the demand of the parents and the children's development as the foothold of training activities;cultivating talent with good moral quality,good physical and mental health and knowledge.Through training,to construct the multi-level and inter-connected talent team including specialist,undergraduate,master and doctor;research-based talent based on theoretical research to meet the needs of family education theory construction;with the characteristics of knowledge compound,ability compound and thinking compound,to structure theory and practice compound talents who can engage in professional social practice activities;practical talent echelon who can solve the family education practical problems.In order to implement the above training orientation,to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and enforcement at the national,industry and local levels,to provide legal support to sure that the family education instructor training course is of seriousness and authority,to strengthen the governmental responsibility and cooperation,to construct a joint meeting system among family education instructors.We should regulate the government's dominant force,improve the qualification set,strictly control the qualification examination process,standardize the entrance exam qualifications.Thus,the development of family education instructors can be secured under these principles: meeting the needs of the society oriented,achieving the development of personality as the core,being integrated,being orderly,being modular,being popular,being practical.As a whole,the family education instructors can be provided with a course combining comprehensive quality and professional knowledge,combing basic core knowledge and extensive knowledge,combining basic theories and practical skills.In the aspect of carrier mechanism,it is necessary to establish a professional talent team to train the foundation of the school and transfer the professional development needs.The market training emphasizes the characteristic;also build the application-oriented talents who meet the needs of economic and social development.Enterprises foster a community of interests that reintegrate and form the deep integration of school,market and enterprises.The association cultivates focus on guidance,to build academic exchange and guides the service community to deeply integrate the atmosphere.Combine Multi-party coordination and various responsibilities together to guarantee the family education instructor training.
