Communicate problems caused by hearing impairment is the biggest obstacle for the hearing impaired students to participate in social life. With the world special education "Inclusive Education" development, returning mainstream society has become the inevitable trend to the development of hearing impaired students. Raising hearing impaired students interpersonal communication ability so that they return to the mainstream society, is the most important teaching goal in Deaf-Mute School. This article bases on Deaf School education teaching reality in our country, especially in WuXi Deaf-Mute School education teaching reality. It investigates the interpersonal communication actuality of the hearing impaired students in our school and hearing impaired people in WuXi. Then it analyses the problems in interpersonal relationships from the self, family, school and social aspects of the hearing impaired students. It takes the modern physiology, the psychology, the education, and the sociology, learns the development of strategies skills on interpersonal communication from ordinary schools and special schools in our Country and foreign. It raises hearing-impaired students interpersonal capacity from language training , teaching in class, teaching in psychological and social publicity .In the end, it come into being interpersonal skills development of the teaching mode of the hearing impaired students in Deaf-Mute Schools.
