In English classroom teaching process of middle school,the high efficiency of English teaching depends on the degree of effectiveness of teacher-students communication.In recent years,the New Curriculum Reform has put forward higher requirements to the English teaching quality,which requires that middle school teachers should combine the current learning characteristics of students and their personal characters,psychological characteristics,hobbies and interests to communicate effectively,in order to achieve the happy intellectuals who are able to adjust their mentality to adapt the school and society,becoming the useful English talents.In the current context of the Exam Oriented Education,the teachers are restricted by many factors,such as environment,contents,ways and time and so on.The middle school teacher-students communication in class is still lacking in contact and communication,and communication initiative,it also has the problems of the single mode of communication between teachers and students.Therefore,according to the characteristics of English subject and the main class angle,the author focuses on the English listening and speaking class,reading class,writing class and grammar class,paying attention to the current situation of the teacher-students communication,so as to explore the existing problems,barriers and strategies.This paper aims to make a research on the Teacher-Students Communication in Middle School English Classroom,which has a real case study of Cen Xi No.5 Middle School,based on the experience of the teacher-students communication at home and abroad and the theory of interpersonal communication,the author would like to understand the problems of middle school students and teachers' communication,in order to explore the subjective and objective factors and promote the effective communication between teachers and students.On this base,the author explores and discusses the promotion strategies and suggestions for effective communication.The author mainly adopts the research methods of questionnaire,and interview to research this project,from the specific data analysis and real front-line teachers'interview;the author summarizes the strategies to solve the effective communication between teachers and students.The results of the study are presented as follows:first,about the classroom communication,most English teachers and students should be strengthened and improved.Second,some teachers don't know how to guide students to express and communicate sincerely.Third,the teachers' attitude towards top students and poor students is not the same,which hinders the understanding and communication between the two sides.Based on the above findings,the author put forward some strategies to solve the problems,hoping to solve the contradiction and conflict between teachers and students,for building a safe,harmonious and civilized campus and making some specific practical work.
