The communication has become the theme of modern society,it’s not only a kind of necessary ability,but also seems to be a standard of talent competitiveness.Better communication skills make people adapt themselves to the social development,and also one of the decisive factors to the development of their career,and more become a means of survival and development.Vocational education is to cultivate the students’ professional skills,and to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability in the first place.Vocational Chinese education aims to cultivate skilled personnel and high-quality workers which can meet the needs of modern society.In the past,vocational Chinese teaching values scores better than abilities,values more reading and writing but not speaking.Now,it’s changed.Under the new education situation,Chinese teachers were asked to cultivate students’ communication ability,to adapt the society needs.Aiming at the weakness of students’ communication skills,Chinese teachers should take the advantage of discipline,to cultivate the communication skills from the aspects of both oral and written information communication.The cultivation of listening,speaking,reading and writing ability in communication,is an important task of Chinese teaching,also is important embodiment of quality education in Chinese teaching.Therefore,as a vocational school Chinese teacher,it is necessary to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating students’ communication ability and interpersonal communication literacy,and constantly explore the strategy of training students’ ability to communicate based on years of teaching experience and the classroom teaching and curriculum development and setup.This paper discusses from five aspects,on the basis of explaining the relationship between vocational Chinese learning and communication skills;relying on the aspects of psychology,pedagogy theory of the cultivation of communication skills;combining the current status of vocational school Chinese teaching,to find the reason,explore the strategy that how to improve students communication skills through vocational school Chinese teaching.Specific as follows:Ⅰ To capturing good languages,promote human accomplishment.Through the text,classics and some other ways to guide the students to master the language tools,improve the Chinese accomplishment,which makes students have stronger internal communication and adequate communication resources to accumulate their own lifelong development spirit.Ⅱ To build harmonious language situation,create better communication environment.An important task of Chinese teaching is to create a good communication environment for students,studying in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of communication can stimulate students desire to communicate,gain the confidence of communication,so that students would get exercise on communication ability.Ⅲ To close to the Chinese discipline learning,optimize the communication ability.On the basis of years of teaching experience,the Chinese discipline resources would be integrated;according to the different curriculum,scientific training system and evaluation standard would be built;both of them can be used to strengthen the communication ability.Finally take the tourism major as example,combined with the author’s teaching experience,through the training module teaching,cultivate students’ communication ability.
