Life experience is an important conception in curriculum and teaching ,it is close with the curriculum content, knowledge and teaching activities, besides it plays an important role in improving students' knowledge, society and individuality development. After approaching on the essence and education value of the life experience, the thesis points out its significance on the view of the curriculum and teaching .There are four parts in this thesis:The first part, analyzes the actuality that currently school curriculum and teaching is away from students' life and then claims that the absence of life experience in the curriculum will lead to students' unilateral development. Therefore, the author points out education significance of life experience should be paid more attention.The second part, deep analysis on the essence of life experience. The paper believed that, the life experience is human's experience, the life experience is humanity's one kind of understanding activity, the life experience is one result, the life experience which the humanity knew is the experience, the life experience is the significance production process, the life experience also is the learning experience, the life experience also is the study background and the condition, the life experience is the dynamic curriculum. It has independent, the subjectivity, the practicality, the multiplicity and the continuity.The third part, discuss on the education value of life experience. This kind of value mainly manifests in the middle of the curriculum and the teaching. The fourth part, discourses upon the curriculum and teaching significance of life experience. The article discusses how to pay attention to life experience during the course of curriculum and teaching on the point of view of curriculum design and teaching activity.
