Government how to exercise functions, in order to allow the secondary vocational school to play to "employment-oriented" model of the advantages of education, and each secondary vocational school how to give full play to their own characteristics to promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education, which become the problem that the Education administration management pay attention to.This article sets the Guangxi Material school as an example, recalling the development of China's secondary vocational education, analyzing its achievements , difficulties and the inherent cause to the difficulties, and investigating and researching mainly on the operation situation and results about "employment-oriented" model of secondary vocational education. On this basis, proposing more rational thinking about this education model, while bringing forward countermeasure that how to implement concretely from the perspective of government functions.
