Entering the21st century, in order to adapt to the adjustment the economicsystem and industrial structure needs in China, the country began to vigorouslyexpand vocational education and perform vocational education teaching andcurriculum reform, and therefore state enacted a large number of related vocationaleducation modification and development of policies, laws and regulations. Affectedby the trend of vocational education innovation in the country, we should introspectthe deaf school secondary vocational education curriculum in our country. Although ithas a certain advantages, the disadvantages have been caused widespread concernincreasingly. Study the disadvantages, we realize that it‘s necessary and urgent toreform the deaf school secondary vocational education curriculum.According to above, this paper studies the reality basis and the theory basissystematically demonstrates the employment-oriented of deaf school secondaryvocational education curriculum reform in China. And the writer gives the concretereform measures: first, to clear the curriculum objectives of employment—oriented ofdeaf school secondary vocational education; Second, organizing the curriculumcontent of employment—oriented of deaf school secondary vocational education;Third, to build the curriculum model of employment—oriented of deaf schoolsecondary vocational education; Fourth, develop curriculum resources of theemployment—oriented of deaf school secondary vocational education; Fifth, toexplore the curriculum system of employment—oriented of deaf school secondaryvocational education; Sixth, to clear the curriculum implementation ofemployment—oriented of deaf school of secondary vocational education; Seventh,establish the curriculum evaluation mode of employment—oriented of deaf schoolsecondary vocational education. We can consolidate and develop our country‘s deafschool secondary vocational education through the measures above. Also this paper isvaluable to direct curriculum reform of existing deaf schools secondary vocationaleducation and guide the deaf school how to develop secondary vocational educationcurriculum.For the ways of research, this paper adopts literature research method, historicalresearch method and comparative method, using the historical data and charts toanalyze the curriculum development and existing problems of deaf school secondaryvocational education. On the basis of efforts to reflect on the existing problems, putforward comprehensive and valuable problem solving countermeasures.
