With the continuous development of social economy,secondary vocational education has become an indispensable part of China's vocational education system,or can be said to be the main part.The secondary vocational school is different from the ordinary middle school.It aims at cultivating talents with certain professional skills,improves employment and promotes economic development.It is an extension of basic education.But at present,generally speaking,the recognition of secondary vocational education is not high.Employers still attach great importance to higher diploma and despise skilled labor.At the same time,the employment age of secondary vocational school students is on the low side,poor spirit of hardship,fear of hardship and tiredness,practical jobs are unwilling to take the initiative to operate,inadequate active learning ability will directly affect the quality of graduates.With the strong support of the state,secondary vocational education still has a lot of room for development,on the premise of a reasonable curriculum,a complete curriculum system,and employment-oriented professional curriculum reform of Vocational schools.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,combs the concepts of secondary vocational education,curriculum and curriculum,and expounds the labor market segmentation theory and human capital theory.Taking Shenzhen A secondary vocational school as an example,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of secondary vocational education in China and A school,and finds out the reasons.The existing problems and influencing factors,and then give corresponding measures for the corresponding problems.The study finds that Shenzhen A secondary vocational school is a public school,mainly involving five school departments.It provides local enterprises with all kinds of skilled personnel.With the expansion of school scale and the continuous improvement of teaching reform,Shenzhen A secondary vocational school has been receiving more and more attention.However,there are still many problems in A secondary vocational school in terms of teacher allocation,curriculum content selection,teaching methods and evaluation system.It can not guarantee the quality and stability of employment while improving the employment rate.Therefore,A secondary vocational school has developed "catering style","visiting style","on-the-job style","on-the-job style".Apprenticeship and other teaching modes in order to improve the teaching quality of A secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it is hoped that the case study of the school can provide reference for how to deepen the teaching mode reform of secondary vocational and technical schools to promote employment and improve the quality of employment.
