This thesis through GIS theory, methods and technology tries to state on"One Circle &Two Wings"economical strategy in ChongQing. (one circle also named one hour economical circle ; the areas that need one hour commute from the center district of CQ two wings; northeast of CQ, southeast of CQ) to analyze the population structures and distribution features and find out the relationships between population distribution and it's relative factors, such as natural and economy. After municipality in CQ, with the developing of economic, the numbers of people living in"One Hour Circle"areas has been kept increasing, while it has been kept reducing in northeast of CQ and southeast of CQ. It is imbalanced. The density of population appears lowering from city to suburbs and from west to northeast and southeast of CQ.Based on the seven factors of population grow rate, individual cultivated land, individual water resource, individual GDP,population supporting rate, the rate of illiteracy people beyond 15, the writer tries to propose a new index evaluation system of population pressure and discuss the ways and steps to study population pressure, finally the gross index of population pressure of 40 counties in CQ is evaluated, calculated and visualized according to ArcGIS9.0. The outcome appears that population pressure relate to economical development.By using the theory, methods and technology of GIS and computing the molecule formula group which the element of population distribution and economy are brought in to compute population concentrated index,GDP concentrated index and separate F(1) parameters, by study the population distribution and economic development , it can be promulgated the dynamics relation between the two.According to the calculation result, it can be found, after municipality, the population distribution of"One Circle"areas has been cleared to become concentrated, and the level of GDP concentration is fluctuating and gradually become balanced; while in the area of northeast and southeast of CQ, the population distribution are both dense at first then become sparse, and the GDP total number remains concentrated.Beside, it has predicted the total amount of population and GDP in this thesis, and get the result that from 2008 to 2020 , in CQ, the population of the center and the west will be dense and the northeast and southeast of CQ will be relatively sparse and such situation will be last for a long time."One Hour Economy Circle"areas will remain growing situation and the same with the area of southeast and northeast of CQ, but the GDP growing speed of northeast will be a little higher than that southeast. Meanwhile, it can be known from this thesis, according to the view of GIS,when one want to have a predication about population, he/she should not only predicate the changes of number but also the changes in distribution.
