Since the sixties of the 20th century, with the constant enhancement of the American culture pluralism and constant increase of conflict incident of students in middle and primary schools, conflict educattion gradually be pay attentioned to educational organization and the government in U.S.A.,and be listed in the plan for reform of the national basic education. Implement conflict education in the middle and primary schools, make students establish the correct conflict idea and develop its handling capacity of conflict. It is a basic route to solve this problem.Laurie Stevahn is that researcher of cooperative learning center at the University of Minnesota and a professor of education and director of curriculum and instruction at Seattle University. She and her cooperator proposes the plan for conflict educattion"the Teaching Students To Be Peacemakers(TSP)"goes through 10 years. Research results indicate that integrating conflict resolution training into the curriculum that each age stage in the middle and primary schools in U.S.A not only to cultivate students'ability to deal with conflict, and to enhance its social adaptability, it also enhances academic achievement.Conflict and harmonious, competition and cooperation is a ubiquitous phenomenon that in the among the individual and the colonies associate and interdynamic each other process. Among the activities of the classroom association in our country, the conflict has already become one of the direct factors influencing education social effection, and the person-to-person conflict becomes one of the potential safety hazard factors in the campus. How to prevent and solve effectively these conflicts have already become a problem what educators demanding solve.For this, This study mainly introduce systematically Laurie Stevahn"integrating conflict resolution training into the curriculum"researchs'key concept,main content and practice resul, with the method of literature research analysis and comparison research. Meanwhile, dialectical analysis Laurie Stevahn studys'positive meaning in teacher, student and school respects and weak points. And then, have proposed the reference meaning in present school education of our country; And this research will provide some useful advice for the classroom instruction and management of the middle and primary schools in China.
