As an important area of social psychology, conflict researches have undergone through the transformation from linear to nonlinear.——from seeking cause and effect to stressing the dynamic and uncertainty. Although, conflict is an inevitable part of social life, it indeed has some negative effects on individual and society causing economical and political loss. And how to solve the conflicts smoothly and effectively becomes a crucial theme of conflict research.Based on the summarizing of traditional conflict resolution methods, this paper intent to integrate the traditional conflict strategies and dynamical insights. There were three mainly part of this paper. First, outlined the traditional conflict strategies and methods. The traditional methods and strategies was considerable in quantity but poorly in definitions and long-term effectiveness, so it’s meaningful to go back and weigh these methods in a new way.Second, introduced the dynamical prospective and explanation for conflict development, and combined the dynamical theory and traditional conflict resolutions together. Under the prospect of dynamical approach, the internal dynamics which evolved over time between parties were the real cause of conflicts. A crucial concept to understand conflict within the dynamical theory was attractor, which represented the conflict in a system according to the dynamic theory. Conflict resolution was equal to changing of the conflict system’s attractor. A series conflict prospects would be proposed along with the traditional tools.Attractor could be used to simulate the developing sub-process of conflict with the dynamical tools——Attractor Platform Software. Thired, with the Attractor Platform Software a conflict case in China was assessed. The conflict’s evolved process would be displayed in this simulation. What’s more, the post-state after the establishment of solving steps undertook by the local government was assessed in this stimulation. The result revealed that a negative attractor which was ignited by the trigger event was already in the system before the conflict explosion. The simulation also indicated that the existing steps was not strong enough to disassemble the negative attractor, in other words, the possibility for the conflict to re-occur was very high, therefore, some suggestions under dynamical approaches would be provided.
