Some concepts of special education, such as Inclusive Education and IEP, have been generalized by the specialists and the scholars in recent years which are probably accepted in special education circle. But, with the time flies,teachers can't satisfy with just recognize the concepts and principles, they want to know bring these concepts into exercise will produce what function to students and teaching. Simultaneously, with the development of education research," Logical Positivism" prevailed at one time, which was not the only way to seek truth. People's interest of research change into explore "qualitative research" method of "meaning world".This research is pre-school integrated class teachers and resource teachers work together by different cooperated forms to carry out special children's Individual Education Plan to discuss both sides teachers will face what problems, adopt what resolve strategy and the teachers how to grow up in the progress when they carry out the plan.This research aims as follows:First, discuss the progress of pre-school integrated class teachers and resource teachers complete IEP by cooperation. Second, discuss the effects to teachers after pre-school integrated class teachers and resource teachers complete IEP by cooperation.This research adopt the method of action research in qualitative research to research, i.e., "combining the wisdom of science researcher with the wisdom of actual worker to solve some actual problem." and in natural circumstance take researchers as tools to research personal life and everyday operate of social organization, researchers participate research circumstance actively to obtain original data by the methods of observation, interview, collect practicality on the spot.This research's research objective is resource teachers of primary school and teachers of kindergarten. The active research team is composed of researchers and both sides teachers come to conclusions in four months research.1 The conclusions of Individual education plans to implemented1.1 Individualized education plan completed 1.2 Before the discussion of 1EP to ensure the smooth integration into the teaching objectives1.3 Teaching take measures to ensure that IEP are effectively implemented1.4 Adjust the assessment ensure to understand the real situation of student after class.1.5 IEP has a good impactment for child on the classroom1.6 There is some difficulties to plan the IEP.I2. The conclusions of teachers2.1 pre-school Teachers are Awareness-raising of IEP2.2 Resource teachers are Awareness-raising of IEP2.3 pre-school Teachers are enhance confidence of implement the IEP.2.4 pre-school Teachers change the understanding for the special child2.5 Improve teaching skills2.6 Resource teachers know how to cooperated with TeachersAt last, this article puts forward some suggestion and limits of research to resource teacher and common teacher.
