In 1990s,UNESCO held in Salamanca "the world needs special education conference" clearly put forward the idea of "inclusive education" to teach the United Nations,and since then,inclusive education has become a new field in education circles.Over the past thirty years,many countries have accumulated rich educational theory and experience.But in China,the idea of inclusive education only in the form of "Learning in regular class" signed into law,paid more attention to the special children of the stage of compulsory education,but not paid enough attention to the special children of kindergarten age,inclusive preschool education is just unfolding.Preschool teachers and parents are the main participants in the inclusive education,their understanding of inclusive preschool education directly affects the success of failure of the implementation of Inclusive Education in China.This study through a self-compiled questionnaire of"inclusive education concept survey" to investigate of teachers and parents of 10 kindergartens in Tianjin,issued 266 teacher questionnaires,266 were recovered,242 effective questionnaires;issued 400 parent questionnaires,317 were recovered,291 effective questionnaires.This paper tries to find out the current situation of teachers' and parents' awareness of inclusive preschool education,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The results are as follows:1.Preschool teachers hold a generally accepted attitude towards inclusive education,and think that ordinary children gain more benefits from inclusive education.2.Preschool teachers concept of inclusive education in significant differences in the category of preschool and the age;and in gender,age,highest education,the nature of preschool and classes is not significant.3.Parents hold a more neutral attitude towards inclusive education;they also believe that ordinary children gain more benefits from inclusive education.4.Parents concept of inclusive education in significant differences in gender,age,highest education and children's classes,but in the nature of preschool,the category of preschool and the children's gender is not significant.5.Preschool teachers's concept of inclusive education is more positive than parent's;preschool teachers are more confidence to their ability of inclusive education;the teachers and parents of inclusive preschool have more in-depth understanding than non-inclusive preschool's;the category of preschool and the identity of the respondent have an interactive effect on the concept of inclusive education,and the scores of the concept of inclusive education are as follows:the teachers of inclusive preschool>the parents of inclusive preschool>the parents of ordinary preschool>the teachers of ordinary preschool.
