| Since the first national special education work conference in 1988 proposed that the form of residency and placement in regular classes be used as a policy for the development of special education,the work of regular classes has achieved great development.This type of resettlement is considered to be a more economical and faster way to universalize the compulsory education for disabled people.After nearly 30 years of development,this kind of resettlement has become the main way for special education students in China.In order to improve the quality of classes attending classes,the Ministry of Education has introduced the "Guide to the Construction of Special Schools for Special Education Resources in Classrooms." It says: "In general schools that recruit more than five disabled students,generally resource classrooms should be set up." Since then,resource classrooms have been widely implemented,and resource teachers have begun to receive widespread attention.The resource teacher team in China consists of two groups,one is the ordinary class teacher and the other is the special education teacher.Both types of teachers have their own independent training models,which have a certain degree of influence on the professional development of resource teachers.Therefore,this article takes the construction of resources teacher team as the research direction,starts from the role of resources teachers,and puts forward the working mode and construction strategy of our resource teachers team in order to provide help for the quality improvement of our country’s regular class work. |
