| Carrying out ideological and political education in leisure time is attributable to the cultivation of the university students'leisure time. The intensive study of college education more and more leisure time have become an important aspect that influenced the healthy growth of the students and tremendously influenced the socialization and maturity of the students. Therefore, the leisure time of the students should be put in the view of ideological and political education, promoting the healthy growth and all-round development of the students by cultivating their scientific attitudes, belief and life qualify in the leisure time. Based on these, this paper combines practical study and theoretical analysis, educational theory and teaching practice. This paper conveys the all-round development, the sound mind and body and moral development of the students in order to put forward the educational meaning of ideological and political education in spare time. And also explores the principles and their effective strategies of carrying out ideological and political education in leisure time based on the characters and current situations of the students in their leisure time. This paper is composed of three chapters:Chapter one, at first, introduces the definition of leisure time, and then analyzes the university students'leisure time and their characters in leisure time as well as holds the meaningful and necessary activities on ideological and political education in leisure time.This paper states that leisure time is the important recourse of ideological and political education, which provides the practical stage of all-round development to the students. In the leisure time, the students widely and directly touched and understudied the society, took part in various amusement activities to got nutrition and enrich moral sentiment, and then formed scientific and health value developed harmoniously the sound mind and body. However, the students shot of realizing the value of leisure time, a quite few students spend their leisure time by idle hours and activities, these verse ways of leisure time stated the necessary of carrying out ideological and political education. The enforcement is benefit for the development of individuals, building the sound relationship of communication and their sound mind and body to improve the qualify and fun in life and cultivate their tastes. And also benefit to improve and cultivate the abilities of judging, choosing and assessing on morality .Therefore, the relation of concerning studying spare time and ideological and political education became a key point in theory and in practice.Chapter two takes to the resources of others and my own survey as examples, concludes the key problem of the university students existed in spare time. First, more spare time, but improper time organization. Second, without higher life quality in spare time, most belong to amusement activities. Third, more spare activities focus on individuals but less collective activities. Fourth, the leisure time lacks of obvious aims. Fifth, there are other problems that without perfect environments in leisure time, lacking of recourse, effective management and guidance in leisure time.Considering the above analysis, this paper puts forward the conceiver of strategies to how to put ideological and political education of universities in spare time, that is to say, follows the principles of opening, leading and harmoniously developing, discusses the effective strategies of carrying out moral education in spare time by the three parts of society, campus and family.First of all, what the society should do for students? this paper states that the government should strengthen macro management and encourage people in all directions to optimize social environment and then build a new structure of the students in spare time by improving ideological and political education.In addition, what the university should do for students? The author thinks that the university should show fully its prominent role to devote spare time to the range of the ideological and political education of campus. And the university should adjust the various materials of spare time, explore actively its recourse by itself, guide the students make effectively use of leisure time, make the leisure time play a active role in promoting the development of sound mind and body and improving the trendy of morality. On the hand, this paper holds the leisure time education in campus guides the students to realize the value of leisure time, arouses the sense of improving the quality in spending their spare time. Lets the students fully realize that the time will be presented well in spare time as people's unique resource. Inspires the student to cherish the time by themselves, arrange the leisure time orderly, widen knowledge and cultivate their all-round abilities. On the other hand, this paper states that strengthening the cultural building in campus, building the good educational environment, in order to make the students accept the education of noble spirit, show a civilizing influence on the spirit, the students will be satisfied with various needs of leisure time life in campus and their leisure time quality and future life will be improved.Thirdly ,what the family should do for the students? This paper shows that the family is an environment that the children form a habit in moral action, the leisure time attitude, value orientation and model of acting of their parents play a key role in judging the spare time quality of the children. Therefore, for one thing, parents should pay attention to the belief and guidance in spare time, help the teachers with ideological and moral education to their children. For another thing, this paper shows that creating a healthy, harmonious and kind cultural phenomenon in the family and providing a god family environment for the children healthy growth. Meanwhile, the parents should strengthen self-improvement. At the turn of the society, we should get rid of decadence and vulgar educational value, build up the active and noble-minded educational value to teach the children with the new thought and methods that consistent with the society, promote the establish of good moral character to cooperate with the school and make ideological and political education will go all right.At last,what university students should do for themselves? This paper shows that university students should play a big role in their leisure life and be with threir thoughts into political education .
