Research On Compensation Management Status In Quo And Its Countermeasures In Vocational And Technical Colleges In Hefei Area

If the management of the higher vocational colleges is regarded as a general program, the teaching management, students' management, human resources management, financial management, scientifical research management, logistic management and security management in the colleges should be subprograms.Emolument management is one of the important contents of human resources management in the college.It is an important content as well as an important task for organizations to establish a scientific and effective emolument system; what kind of emolument system can promote the implementation of the organizations strategies is a subject which needs to study and probe.Since 1999, higher vocational education in Hefei area has been enjoying the rapid development; however, when the number and the scale of these vocational and technical colleges are becoming larger; the contradiction of emolument management, especially the old way these colleges still carry on as before, weakens the incentive function of emolument.Therefore, it is an important task for vocational and technical colleges to set up a scientific, reasonable and impartial emolument system so that the management will be favorable to the promotion of the construction and development of these colleges. It is of great importance for the sound and scientific development of the colleges in Hefei to analyze status quo of the emolument management of the colleges in Hefei, to find the problems and to research appropriate countermeasures so that higher vocational education in Hefei area will enjoy a health and scientific developmant.Starting from the theoretical study about the management, through the questionnaire about the situation of emolument in the colleges and the analyses of the current emolument system in one college, the paper tries to find out the common problems and reasons existing in the management in the colleges.
