On The Law System Problems Of Students' Management In Higher Vocational And Technical Colleges

Since the 1990's, higher vocational education as the important component of higher education was rapidly developed, and already mainly dominate higher education , but on the whole ,the start of higher education development is later than other higher education form , and the correspondent construction ruled by law hasn't kept up in .and has some problems such as : law system is not sound enough . administration is not strict enough , and legal system notion of higher education in all walks of life is not powerful . these serious obstrust the development of higer colleges , and also bring challenge to the students' management of higher colleges. enhancing the law system of higher vocational education in our country , one of the aspects is to improve the law system construction of students' management .
