Informationlized instructional design is an essential skill for normal students. The capacity of informationlized instructional design for normal students needs to be cultivated and improved continuously, so for Developing Students’ informationlized instructional design capabilities, the actual design task activities more effective. The purpose of this article is to make students in mastering the informationlized instructional design concept, principle and methods at the same time, through the virtual learning community training students the ability of informationization instructional design, and the virtual learning community collaborative learning can cultivate learners’ group cooperation spirit and innovation ability. Analysis of the students’ learning process problems in action research, make some improvement program for the corresponding problem of program deficiencies, made perfect ideas and methods. Multimedia technology, network technology and virtual reality technology as the core of the information technology revolution, making the development of educational information faster and faster.Informationlized instructional design is the result of the generation of evolving information technology in education. Based on Wealth of learning resources and modern information technology of the informationization instructional design, centered learning process of the learner, the main features are:learning-centered, Wealth of learning resources, stressing that the mandate-driven learning, problem solving and collaborative learning learning, the importance of the evaluation for learning process and learning resources.This study used the method of literature research on related theory to comb, and then use questionnaires for normal students’capabilities of the informationlized instructional design and their current situation conducted an investigation and learned the basic attitude and the demand of normal students to virtual learning communities; constructed theoretical models of virtual learning communities for promoting normal students Informationlized instructional design capacity development; analyzed learning platform design ideas and principles, platform structure and function module; build a virtual learning community and to achieve its function, and finally selected the Southwest Normal University students250normal students as subjects, conducted experimental studies and survey data were analyzed and summarized, the purpose is to test the effectiveness of the virtual learning community and the degree of the development for normal students’informatization instructional design ability.The study is divided into five stages:the preparation stage, the investigation stage, the theoretical stage, platform design and development stage, the experimental stage, the evaluation stage. During the preparation stage, Literature research is used to determine the research objectives, content and method.Investigation stage, mainly through the questionnaires, the research of the current situation of the development for normal students’capabilities of the informationlized instructional design is conducted. Theoretical study stage, using literature to analyze the theoretical basis of this study and draw the appropriate inspiration and build a theoretical model and design of information content and the ability to implement instructional design process model. Platform design and development stage, the use of related technologies, and to build a platform to achieve its primary function. Experimental stage, according to the experimental subject, the design and implementation of the platform specific applications. Evaluation stage, the main measurement tools is questionnaires, pre-test and post-test were conducted before and after the experiments on normal students to verify the extent of normal students’ informationlized instructional design capacity development, Also through questionnaires on the overall degree of recognition of learning platforms (including layout design, module design, the effectiveness of support and stability, etc.) for normal students.The final analysis application results,provide a basis for further improvement of the platform.Experimental results show that, the platform in promoting the capabilities of the normal students’ informationlized instructional design to obtain a certain amount of success. Normal students full of interest for the learning platform, there are different degrees of improvement in basic skills, professional competence and emotional attitudes and so on. Evaluation shows that independent learning, collaborative learning topics, such as the exchange and reflection can be an effective way for normal students’ informationlized instructional design capacity development on the platform.
