| In 27th Olympic Games (Sydney), at the preliminary contest of jump, two athletes got fault for three times among four athletes. Especially, Guan Yingnan, a slugger who could win the game, did not have any choice to take part in the final because of illegality at the first two jumps. Nowadays, athletes from different countries are almost all square, just one or two centimeter longer than other athletes, a guy can win. In a word, due to inveracity in preparation, lots of excellent athletes lose opportunities to win the game. Further more, compared with athletes aboard, athletes in china are much weaker and harder to improve the ability in jump.Therefore, how to improve the ability in approach to make sure athletes win? Which reason is it that affects the veracity of athletes? What impress does proprioceptive sense have when an athlete jumps? Is there any effective training method that can improve athletes' proprioceptive sense? All these questions are worthy analyses.In this article, based on reading papers, designing experience methods and studying results from IMUST, I made the followed conclusions like these: the experience results show that my design about the veracity of approach in long jump can improve jump athletes ability in pedal.1. the harmony between athletes'lengthe and speed on step and proprioceptive sense has great help to win veracity in the running before jump.2. compared with practice in the same stimulate, alternated practice in different stimulates under the similar rule can improve athletes'lengthe and speed on step and proprioceptive sense much more remarkable.According to the conclusions above, there are four suggestions:1. Coaches should enhance practices of athletes' proprioceptive sense, in order to improve athletes' ability of visual control, improve the method of step's lengthe to weak the influence in running2. Coaches should help athletes to form athletes' psychological veracity in gymnasium.3. coaches should train athletes to improve running rhythm and form steady running steps4. Besides practice in the steady ability of running, coaches should also strengthen athletes training to form excellent jumping psychology. Practicing in both real training environment and simulate training environment, athletes can improve the veracity in approach, and do well in competitions in the future. |
