Based on previous studies of badminton, this study analyzed the anticipation, reaction time and eye-movement during the judgment of badminton stroke route. And do statistical testing on reaction time, veracity and eye-movement between the experts (undergraduate student which has national level II in badminton) and 10 novice (normal undergraduate student) participants. between the characteristics of eye movements to determine the rate of reaction time and correct the main difference.Based on"expert-novice"paradigm, this study analyzed the anticipation, reaction time and eye-movement during the judgment of badminton stroke route. And do statistical testing on reaction time, veracity and eye-movement between the participants. iViewâ…©HED eye-tracker and an additional reaction box were used to record the eye-movement characteristics and reaction time of participants by projecting different videos. The results showed:The professional participants care more about the position of competitor's shoulder chest and arm. The professional participants can search more useful visual information than non-professional participants. The skilled participant has higher veracity of judgment on the direction of the stroke than less skilled. The skilled participant has shorter reaction time and higher veracity on the video with more visual information and has longer reaction time and still higher veracity on the video with less visual information. They prefer the higher veracity with the loss of reaction time when facing the video of less information. There are significant differences of veracity of judgment. The veracity rate of the complete video is higher then the veracity rate of the other two types of videos. The veracity rate is higher when the participants see the video of stroke toward opposite angles than seeing the video of stroke straightly. |
