A Study About The Development And Reformation Of The Basic Education's Conditions In The West Of China

Promoting the development of basic education is the basic project of accelerating personnel training, improving the population quality, and promoting scientific and technological progress and economic's taking-off. Our nation's western region development of basic education is backward, and their teaching conditions, inadequate school facilities and funding for education are all the important cause for that. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of our nation's western provinces about the status of school conditions, and focus on the the overall arrangement proposed system national and western region's economic and social development, bring forward systematic,scientific,operational strategy to promote the development of basic education in nation's western regions. And that is valueable to form the overall pattern of China's educational development and reform,and impel the basic education which is a foundation engineering to make contributions to the economic and social development of our western regions.Based on the above discussion, the study titled by " The existent main problems and development Strategy of western basic education" try to start with the two aspects of education facilities and education outlay ,analyze and expatiate the western education conditions. school facilities are researched and analyzed through the guide line such as capital asserts,campus area, the number of books, special equipment and the degree of informationization. Education funding is analyzed through the objects of research just like education funding income, education spending and average of education funding for students.The thesis is based on the actrual investigation of the western 11 provinces and regions(municipalities)and possessed of large data. Through the compare to eastern region and the national average level ,further presentss the western region's basic education conditions, i.e, the overall situation of school facilities and education fundings.
