To realize the strategy of "Invigorating the country through science", Ministry of National Education regards the basic education curriculums reformation as the core factor of promoting the quality of training talent. Since the year of 2001, a nationwide basic education curriculums reformation has been carried out. Traditional linear and closed design of curriculum and teaching mode have get more and more queries, while multi-perspective and more latitude mainly focused on the curriculum and teaching mode of students learning was constantly coming into being. To meet the needs of basic education curriculums reformation, "program for the Reformation of Basic Education Curriculum of The Ministry of Education clearly stipulates, normal universities, colleges and training institutions, committed to basic education's teacher training and training mission, should adjust the target, the structure of curriculums and reform teaching methods according to the target and content of the basic education curriculums reformation.This research is seeking to collect parts of training program in the country typical of the college's physical education. It makes use of sending questionnaire of physical education college teachers and students, as well as middle and primary school physical-training teachers, etc for the research, and then adopt document data, expert interview, case analysis, questionnaire survey, comparative study, and mathematical statistics methods, etc to compare physical education curriculums' setting at home and abroad, then find out the differences between the China's college of physical education professional training status and physical education personnel requirements of basic education curriculum reformation of physical education and health in middle and primary school. Combined with a questionnaire related to the investigation, it realized college physical education teachers and physical education professional students' cognition under the existing structure, and the adaptability of middle and primary schools' teachers under the reformation of health curriculum of basic education, prompting the aim, content, methods and effective models of the reformation, and timely feedback to improve college physical education professional training as well.Through the investigation and study, we get the following conclusions:1. Talent's training in colleges' physical education field lags behind the reformation of basic physical education and healthy courses, which must be paid attention to. Talent's training must be improved.2. Sports and the health curriculums reformation forces the training direction change from the feasible physical-training teachers to a more professional direction, that is to say: from "Normal Education" to "Teacher Education".3. The training objects should be adjusted according to the time, the situation ofbasic education and clearly shows the grasp of the educational theories, teachers' qualities and their individual, and nurture students competitive in the market as well.4. To get accustomed to basic education curriculum reformation, we should embrace the "health first" guiding ideology. College physical education professional curriculums should be placed into the trunk of the general curriculums, in particularly such as health education, physical education curriculums of introduction and research methods, etc, which is very practical curriculums of physical education teachers in middle and primary schools in the coming future should be included in the main curriculums.5. The training methods in colleges should be improve from several aspects such as training aims, the way to set, construct manage the courses and the teaching practice, breaking the single training pattern, building up a multi-training pattern and trying to combine the physical teachers' education before and after graduation.
