Teacher leadership is devided into two dimensions: formal and informal. The teachers serve as the different roles, burden different duties and lead different activities under different situations. It leads to the schools' progress by the teachers' and the students' progress, makes the best the teacher efficiency, student efficiency and the school efficiency, in order to realize the schools' improvement. Undoubtedly, as a new leading way, there exist many problems and obstacles in the practice of the Teacher Leadership. With the understanding of those difficulties, this leadership can be reached by efforts from teachers self-generating and schools supporting strategies. In addition, the support of the governments' decisions and the exports' researches are important influences.
