Nowadays,China's "Education Informatization 2.0" action plan is in the stage of promoting.Information technology teachers need to undertake important tasks in the process of ensuring the comprehensive implementation of educational informatization and promoting the reform of information-based teaching,which challenges their leadership.However,from the current research situation,there is almost no exploration on the leadership of information technology teachers,so it is of far-reaching significance to study the nature and development of the leadership of information technology teachers.In this study,a framework of information technology teacher leadership is constructed from the perspectives of distributed leadership theory,learning organization theory and teacher professional development theory through literature research and sorting.This study thinks that the information technology teachers' leadership by self-development ability,inspire innovative ability,cooperation,leading ability,professional guidance ability,make the information technology teachers in the learning community by all members of the organization to create common contact,break down barriers of power and mobilize all resources to achieve the coordinated development between and among schools,families,and society,improve teachers' information literacy and information technology application ability,promote the depth of information technology and curriculum integration,promote the school informatization development vision.Then,this study uses the questionnaire on the leadership of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools to evaluate the leadership performance of current information technology teachers,found that the leadership level of the tested teachers was above average.There are some problems such as general awareness of using data for research,lack of ability to lead teachers'professional development,lack of sufficient cooperation with colleagues,and being restricted by positions.Through regression analysis,it is found that the influence of teachers' personal professional quality and leadership skills,school culture and environment,school management organization structure,colleagues and principals has a significant positive impact on the overall level of information technology teachers'leadership.Meanwhile,the influence factors are supplemented with qualitative data.Finally,this study summarizes the current situation and influencing factors of information technology teachers' leadership,and proposes the cultivation strategies of information technology teachers' leadership in establishing the leadership consciousness of information technology teachers,optimizing the structure of learning community,strengthening the construction of school culture,and promoting the professional development of information technology teachers.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the research status of teacher leadership at home and abroad,and proposes the main contents,ideas and methods of this research;The second part expounds the relevant concepts and theories,and analyzes the role positioning,leadership components and mechanism of information technology teachers.The third part investigates the performance level of information technology teachers' leadership through questionnaires,analyzes the individual differences and summarizes the existing problems.The fourth part is the analysis of influencing factors of information technology teachers' leadership,to explore how influencing factors affect teachers' leadership,and to further analyze the influence of other factors through interviews.The fifth part is the strategy of information technology teachers' leadership training.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research,and discusses and prospects the research on information technology teachers' leadership.
