Teacher leadership has been a hot topic in the field of educational leadership and professional development of teachers in recent years.Due to the country's emphasis on teacher education,it has led to the development of teacher education academics.With the academic background of teacher professional development,teacher leadership has gradually moved from "Towards" pre-stage ",but the leadership of music teachers in our country is still an undeveloped" soil." From the perspective of teacher professional development,the author analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the development of music teacher leadership in the light of the cases of outstanding music teachers in various middle schools,and attempts to reconstruct the model of music teacher leadership in order to serve our country.The study of music teacher leadership has accumulated experience and provided theoretical support.The overall framework of this article includes four chapters: introduction,definition of connotation,investigation of the status quo,and promotion of vision.The specific chapters are as follows:The introduction explains the research origin,research significance,research review and research methods,and confirms that music teacher leadership is a new proposition to promote the professional development of music teachers.Combing,and strive to gain insight into the current research results of teacher leadership from the panoramic field.The first chapter is the definition of connotation.Based on the introduction,combining the concepts of leadership and teacher leadership to define the concept,value and connotation of music teacher leadership,to clarify the effects of music teacher leadership on teacher professional development,school change,and student value shaping Significant role and its main principles.The second chapter is a survey of the status quo.First,starting from the sociology,management,and teacher professional development related theories,and then starting from the current status of music teacher leadership,combined with these theories,investigate and analyze the current status of music teacher leadership in elementary and middle schools in China.The third chapter is to advance the vision.Based on the current investigation and research on the current leadership status of music teachers,this paper reflects on the leadership culture of Chinese music teachers,and proposes strategies and prospects based on reflection.Finally,it is concluded that in the practice of music teacher leadership,music teachers must learn to transform roles,determine their position in the school teaching environment,and change their development goals from the original purpose of earning a living to the pursuit of Educational happiness aims to plan its teaching career.The leadership of music teachers in China is still an area that has not yet been "cultivated".However,with many outstanding music teachers and teaching researchers,we have found that they already have corresponding leadership.It can be said that the leadership of music teachers is The teacher has already ignited the "fire of the stars",and it is only a spring breeze to be able to "ebara".It is hoped that through this research,the theoretical research on the leadership of music teachers can be further improved,and then it can provide certain help for enhancing the personal qualities and internal driving force of music teachers,promoting the overall development of school aesthetic education and the overall development of students.
