Nowadays teachers have played an important role in the development of school.Whether teachers play its initiative or not is critical to the success of school development.Domestic and foreign research scholars had put attention not only on the promotion ofprofessional development of teachers to explore, but also put more focus on the reform ofteacher-led research. The purpose of teacher leadership is to give fully attention to theprofessional autonomy of teachers. it is possible to teacher perception, is not an abstractconcept. Specific performance in a number of teacher professional development practicemode, in which groups of teachers better between decentralization, collaboration, autonomy,so as to promote the development of teachers and school.In the professional development of teachers this background study teacher leadershipstatus and problems exist interconnectedness between teachers ’professional development andteacher leadership, teacher leadership on teachers’ professional development not only play aleading role, and make teachers more professional development autonomy, the right to speak.From another perspective, the problems of teacher leadership will be counterproductive in theprofessional development of teachers. Therefore, a systematic look at the teachers’ pro-fessional development of teachers in leadership roles can maximize the potential of teachers.In this study, based on the understanding of literature, mainly through questionnaires andinterviews to understand the problems and causes of teacher practice teaching in the presenceof teacher leadership, and professional development for teachers to explore the relationshipbetween and influence. On this basis, to combine the practice cases to explore leadershipstrategies to improve the situation of teachers, so as to better promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers..I hope through this research study can further broaden the perspective of teacherleadership, teacher leadership theory and rich professional development of teachers. Betterpromote the healthy development of the school, while providing measures of reference for theprofessional development of teachers.
