Teachers are always a valuable resource for a school.School changes and student development ultimately depend on teacher to promote implementation.Teachers' professional development determines teachers' quality,and teachers' quality determines teaching quality.Teacher leadership is based on teacher personal development and at the same time rooted in teacher professional development.Teacher professional development is a continuous process that runs through the entire career of each teacher.Research and interpretation of teacher leadership from the perspective of professional development.Helping teachers to establish a correct "view of leadership" has strong practical significance for the development of individual teachers and teacher groups.Promote the professional development of teachers with the development of teacher leadership,so that each teacher can get happiness in his career,and ultimately promote the continuous development of the entire education field.This thesis is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction.The reason for choosing the topic and the theoretical and practical significance of the thesis are mainly explained.Combining Chinese and foreign literature related to teacher leadership and teacher professional development.The core concepts used in the article are defined,and the research ideas and methods are explained.The second part of the paper mainly defines the two core concepts of teacher leadership and teacher professional development.The first section focuses on the connotation of leadership and related theoretical foundations;The second section explains the connotation of teacher professional development and the structure of teacher professional quality;The third section integrates and analyzes the relationship between teacher leadership and teacher professional development.The third part of the paper explains the influencing factors of teacher leadership.The influencing factors of leadership were analyzed from three aspects: external environmental factors,internal school environmental factors,and teachers' own factors.The fourth part of the thesis is strategy.Improve teachers' leadership according to certainstrategies.This chapter mainly proposes specific leadership improvement strategies from expanding school autonomy,encouraging teachers to participate in professional organizations,implementing flat,participatory school management,and fully empowering teachers.
