A Research On Harmonious Campus Culture Construction

Harmonious campus construction is a key element of harmonious society construction. The harmony and stability of campus have direct influence on constructing social harmonious society. Harmonious campus culture construction is an important part of constructing harmonious campus. Harmonious campus culture is meaningful for the growth of teachers and students, promoting campus civilization, and constructing harmonious campus.In this paper, researcher creatively makes definition on the connotation of harmonious campus on the basis of deep mediation of harmonious campus culture, and points out the characters (humanity, capacity, direction, openness ) and function (adjustment, concentration, radiation, etc) of harmonious campus culture. This research believes that harmonious campus construction faces many problems and difficulties: ignoring spiritual construction and lacking humanistic spirits in spiritual harmonious campus culture, Lacking enforcement of humanism, timeness and scientific value in behavior culture. There are also many problems of trustfulness and tension of interpersonal relationship in institution. Material harmonious campus culture construction also faces the problems of lacking hardware resources, over consuming and short of humanism.On the basis of analyzing the current problems and connotation of harmonious campus culture, this research makes discussion on constructing methods ; and believes that it is right to lead harmonious campus culture construction with socialism core value through adopting and developing china's traditional culture, preserving cultural character in culture amalgamation, constructing campus culture with harmonious concept, cultivating advanced creative tolerated harmonious spiritual culture, maintaining elegant campus material culture, constructing regulation culture of equality, science, efficiency and democracy, and construct rational tolerable trustful behavior culture.
