With the connection tighter and tighter between economic globalization, Sci-tech globalization and informationization, informationization has been the symbol of educational modernization construction all over the world. Many projects to improve the education, wherever in developed countries or in developing countries, have been published embracing the educational modernization. The aim of all these projects is that to cultivate the talents better, improve the construction process of educational modernization, and provide well-being talents for the develop of economics and society. Higher vocational schools take the importance role on transmitting the knowledge and culture on one hand, and on the other hand they are the bases to cultivate professional talents and the contribution to the development of countries is more and more important.Higher vocational schools are faced to the revolution of teaching, which is not only the educational form and learning method, but also the educational idea, format, content and method of schools. Some problems must be considered, for example, how to understand the impact of combination of IT with the subjects on the education and lead to the reform of teaching and learning; how to promote the practice of educational informationization based on the combination of IT with the subjects, and how to solve the problems faced to and so on. All the problems must be taken seriously consideration. So, mastering the essence and connotation of the combination of IT with the subjects, understanding the role and station of the combination of IT with the subjects, improving the research on the combination of IT with the subjects, all that can ensure the proper orientation on the construction, ensure the initiative role on the international competition and changed environment of IT, and ensure the development of higher vocational education in China. Based on this, this paper discussed the combination of IT with the subjects in higher vocational education.
