The ninth curriculum reform that began in this century is developing in depth,and the upgrading of teaching tools will inevitably become an important part of this reform.The integration of information technology and education can not only enhance the teaching effect and efficiency,but also greatly stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of teachers and students.Informatization teaching can effectively avoid the disadvantages of the scarcity of resources and the shortage of teachers,so that primary and secondary school students can enjoy the opportunity of high quality educational resources.At this stage,informatization teaching has been widely recognized and promoted in the educational system in our country,especially in the central and eastern regions and some provinces with higher educational level.L Town in Yinchuan is an ordinary township in the economically underdeveloped areas of western China.The status of educational informationization in primary schools is very representative.The investigation and problem analysis of the educational informationization of primary and secondary schools in L Town in Yinchuan is conducive to promoting the reform of educational informationization in the schools of western provinces.Based on the informationization of primary and secondary education in towns and villages of Yinchuan City,this paper mainly uses the literature review method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the basic situation and education of teachers and students in 7 primary and middle schools in L Town,Yinchuan City.This paper investigats the application of information technology,school routines,and innovative applications,and presents the status of information technology work in L Town,Yinchuan City in the form of tables,charts,and texts.The status is divided into information construction,teacher information literacy,students' information literacy and teachers application informationization.Combined with the analysis of the status of educational informationization at home and abroad and the survey data of L town,it is found that there are problems in the four aspects of L town at present,including: imperfect basic facilities,lack of information resources,equipment maintenance work is not in place;teachers use Information technology is lack of teaching techniques,training teachers are single;students lack information technology skills;education informationizationinnovation types are less developed.Finally,based on the summary analysis of the L town survey data and summarizing the experience of education informatization in the eastern developed areas,the countermeasures are proposed for these problems:strengthening the construction of information infrastructure equipment,raising funds to improve the environment of hardware,software and potential parts;The understanding of information reform;the development of informatized training of various forms of content;the improvement of students' information technology skills and general knowledge;on the basis of information technology and discipline integration,seeking new and different.The educational informationization of primary and secondary schools in L Town of Yinchuan City can be a glimpse of the educational informationization in western China,reflecting the problems of educational informationization in China's relatively weak economic development,and providing an important basis for China's information reform.
