Research On Effective Learning Of Teacher Continuing Education Based On Network Learning Platform

It is known to all that education,which is a big deal,basing on teachers,is a fundamental task crucial for generations to come.Not only is it the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,the fundamental way to enhance the quality of national predispositions but also the greatest cause of the Chinese nation.Teachers are considered as engineers of human souls,shouldering the sacred mission of enlightening and inheriting the Chinese civilization and carrying the dreams and hopes of thousands of families.They are the builders and successors for socialism.Promoting sound and rapid development of the educational cause and training well-qualified talents lie in teachers.Without high-quality teachers,there is no high-quality education.When it comes to the problem how we should change the unbalanced situation of the level of the teaching staff in different parts of China,the continuing education of teachers is an effective way to improve the level of teaching staff.In recent years,with the rapid development of Information Technology,the way of participating in continuing education is also changing from traditional classroom training to the network based on distance-learning platform training.As the modern distance learning platform develops rapidly with its abundant resources,it is not bounded by time and places and can be done anywhere.So far,it has become the main forms of continuing education and training for teachers at various levels by the educational administrative department.But according to the current situation,there exists a problem.When teachers use the e-learning platform to study,their learning efficiency is low.So how to improve the training efficiency and achieve the scheduled goal in teachers' training is a worthwhile subject for us to do a future research.This study first defines the network distance learning platform,along with approaches to effective learning and things alike.It also analyses the functional modules of the long-distance learning platform,conditions for effective learning as well as learning theory for effective learning.The study discusses the related factors which affect the result of effective learning based on questionnaires,reaching a conclusion that effective learning should be done from two aspects—the training of teachers and the foundation of network distance learning platform.In terms of teachers: 1,clear motivation;2,active learning attitude;3,have good ability of autonomous learning;4,able to effectively take a collaborative and interactive learning approach.In terms of platform: 1,lack of superintendent of counseling teachers;2,low use of interactive functions;3 lack of well-designed,curriculum resources;4,singleness of evaluation.Finally,the author put forward the effective learning strategies for teacher's continuing education from the following five aspects: the subjectivity of teacher's learning and tutoring,resources and environment network platform,network platform support service and emotional experience,based on e-learning platform.For the trainers,clear learning goals,learning motivation,autonomous learning capacity,strengthening network communication all can be used to improve learning results.For the tutors,they should do their own information literacy promotion timely feedback and effective answers.To obtain effective learning strategy from the learning platform angle,I think the platform should be made a good resource environment.For example,we can introduce “micro courses” to the learning platform and provide a platform for the counselling teachers and training teachers to interactive “WeChat”.To build a diversified smart learning environment(smart evaluation system,and phone app)improves effective learning.And at the same time we should make use of the emotion in remote learning.
