| Employee dispatching is a new mode of management of Human Resources which comes from the traditional "employer- employee" mode. Now we are at the time of global competition, flexible configuration of Human Resources will gain enterprises greater competence, flexible structure and will make them pay more attention about innovation. The past researches were more about qualitative analysis and theoretical description while quantitative analysis was rarely introduced to this subject.Base on the studies of employee dispatching interiorly and abroad, this thesis reviews the history of employee dispatching, induces the main forms and points practically, analyzes the three sides' mode theoretically and thoroughly, concludes the predominance of main factors of Transaction Costs in employee dispatching.For further validation of the predominance of employee dispatching in cost and in management, this paper focuses on how to maximize the profit and optimize the size of the formal employees, considering of the corporations whose demands of employees are not always regular. This kind of corporations' portfolio is high susceptible to different seasons and projects. This study propose optimization model for the size of the formal employee based on the criteria of maximizing profit, try to conclude the best size of employee dispatching. The present researches in this field fasten on qualitative analysis and description, while quantitative analysis is rarely imported. This study provides positive basis in both theory and model, and brings specific suggestions in updating China employee dispatching. |
