The process of school,family and community participation is to create a holistic health education environment for students in the basic education phase, to show the consistency of school training objectives for students, families and communities, and to educate students and community staff for their attention and support. In the process of the tripartite connection, the family and the community actively cooperate with the school to solve the various problems of the students education, good cooperation and good atmosphere is conducive to student education activities and students, healthy growth. Through the relevant literature analysis, the author found that the country's school, family and community cooperation research is very small, school, family and community information technology model construction research is relatively weak.So I choose this topic.We conducted in-depth interviews with community workers, school parents and teachers in some schools and communities in Beijing. We have found that there are practical problems in school education in schools, families and communities: school and family participation in community participation in student education is not recognized, parent participation in home school contact and participation is low,existing home low resource use platforms and community participation Student education, etc., through these practical problems I put forward the corresponding solution: the community using intelligent management system and new media communication methods to improve the link between schools and families,the school's normal parent training, efficient cooperation between the two sides; The flow of information between the community to break the community to improve the degree of awareness; improve the nature of information investment education information platform, national education policy guidance and promote tripartite development.Secondly, the author constructs the theoretical model of school, family and community basic education, and promotes the basic education of students. The model identifies the education of students around the school, the family and the community.Service students, social practice, student safety and cultural exchange, educational information synchronization and other content of the link, cooperation. Finally,according to the tripartite linkage model, the characteristics of the school subsystem,the family subsystem and the community subsystem are supported by information technology such as school, family and community linkage platform.
