With the rapid development of modern society,the incidence of autism has also increased sharply year by year.The mode of integrated education in the compulsory education stage of children with autism has been continuously put on the agenda.my country's integrated education started late and developed slowly.The province is actively pursuing the "zero rejection" integrated education method,advocating the way of studying in regular classes to ensure the education rights of special children,often facing the dilemma of being persuaded by the school and being abused and bullied by ordinary students.Then,as an integrated force that maintains the healthy operation of society,social workers must have the courage to shoulder the great responsibility of scientifically helping others and solving social problems in the context of the new era.This article is based on the theme of constructing a new mode of education for children with autism.The author selects an ordinary elementary school H in Zhengzhou City and enters the school as a social worker of a first-line school.The school leaders,ordinary teachers,and special education teachers participating in the practice of integrated education,In-depth interviews with ordinary students from parents of children with autism,and visited the purchaser's Civil Affairs Bureau,the employer's Education and Sports Bureau,neighboring community neighborhood committees,social rehabilitation organizations,and the Disabled First-hand information.By reviewing the literature on inclusive education and sorting out relevant policies and regulations,and combining my one-year practical experience and reflection,starting from observing the implementation status of integrated education for children with autism,exploring its existing problems,constructing a "triple integration" model,The position of social workers is separated from the three parties,the power of the "family" is injected into the model and the "organization" is given new connotations,so as to better meet the diversified needs of the service targets,and prove that the "three parties" The effectiveness and rationality of the new model of "fusion".This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is about the research background,purpose,significance,methods,content,and core concepts of inclusive education for children with autism.The second part is the description of the specific integrated education practice of H ordinary primary school,mainly from the three aspects of current situation,problems and causes.In terms of problems,it analyzes the problematic,labeling,inadequate resources of integrated education,and the lack of effective interactive platforms for children with autism.In terms of causes,it analyzed the lack of social support network and lack of social training.The third part takes social support theory,and superior perspective theory as the main theoretical basis,constructs a "triple integration" model,and elaborates on the role of the family,community,and organization,the role positioning of each subject,and the internal aspects of maintaining the normal operation of the model.External power and integration strategy of tripartite subjects.The fourth part takes an autistic child and family in the resource class of Zhengzhou H Primary School as the case intervention object,observes and records the current integration status of the case service object,defines the case's needs,problems and related resources,and then uses the "triple integration" The "Tripartite Integration" model is used for intervention and analysis to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the "Tripartite Integration" model through specific service results.The fifth part mainly reflects on the "Tripartite Integration" model.On the one hand,it summarizes the role positioning of social workers,pays attention to the creation and maintenance of volunteer teams,takes into account new needs,and pays attention to self-promotion.The comparison of "three agency linkages" highlights the rationality of family power injection.As a result,it will continue to provide new ideas and strategies for solving the problems of integrated education for children with autism and the diversification of service targets,and continue to accelerate the localization and innovation of Chinese social work theories and models.
