Nowadays, with the vehement competition in the great environment of society, many parents wish their children to be useful people. However, many junior students are not good at mathematics. Although teachers spend much time on mathematics' teaching, students still can not do well in it. Analyse the present situation, my detection in addition to some restriction of characteristics of the mathematics academics itself, another important reason is teachers' low teaching effection and students' low study effection. In fact, a lot of of our teachers want to teach mathematics well, In the meantime, a lot of students indeed want to learn mathematics well, but actually, they usually lack a practical method. According to this kind of reason, It is necessary to have a research on the high effetion of mathematics' teaching.According to my several years' research on education teaching, concentrate on a glimmer of teaching for long-term, and contact with excellent students and bad students in zero distance for many years, I have very deep understanding for the low effect of teachers ' teaching and students' study. At the same time,I always work hardly, in order to Exaltate the efficiently of teaching. And then,I grope for a set of operability very strong of education teaching new method and have some great accomplishment.With gathering the education teaching to practice of some concrete way of doing and education teaching technique, combining education teaching of theories, I put forward some concrete ways of how to exaltate the teaching fulfillment,hope our mathematics' teachers through studying and mimicrying this way, can exaltate the efficiency of education teaching, let our teachers and students enjoy it.Then students can gain great grades with less time.In this article, what I have concered about the low and high effect of education teaching are two kinds of dissimilarity of situation. Among them, the efficiency said to be: The student through the study and how much they acquired in the knowledge, ability, technical ability, emotion, etc.. Elfevident, low effection is the student pass study and acquire little in the knowledge, ability, technical ability, emotion etc.. Efficiently is the students pass study and acquire much in the knowledge, ability, technical ability, emotion etc.. According to the aim of teaching, we hope our students can gain a lot in the knowledge, ability,technical ability through their studies. I hope the standpoint and method in my article can contribute to exaltating the teaching real results for our teachers.
