On How To Enhance Moral Education Efficiently In The New Century

In the twenty-one century, how to enhance moral education in primary schools efficiently in light of increasingly changing new international and national conditions is always a hot theme, In this paper, I come up with some advice on this theme. In order to formulate our ideas explicitly, I divides it into three sections.Section one, I analyze the backgrounds of moral education in primary schools in China on four different aspects: the new circumstances of the moral education in primary schools, the changes of the situation at home and abroad, the new task of education reform and development, the new conditions of the moral education and the new characteristics of students, to show that it is so urgent that moral education should be efficiently.Section two, from the achievements and the unsuitableness of the present's moral education, I make a detailed analysis of the current situation of the moral education in primary schools. Therefore, I point out that there is still a long way to go in this field.Section three, I give some suggestive steps based on the following aspects: the global strategy, the transmit of old notions, the structures of moral education curriculums of primary schools, the means and carriage of moral education, the enforcement of executors' professional qualities and the combination force of these schools, families and society.
